She strives to support individuals in overcoming life’s complexities and developing personal growth through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices. Maryam focuses on identifying strengths and providing practical tools and insight to help clients create meaningful and lasting change.
Maryam believes that healing happens through safe and trusting relationships where clients can feel seen, understood, and accepted. Her goal is to help clients move toward greater clarity, connection, and self-compassion.
